Upgrade Description

This upgrade is beneficial to customers that run a large number of orders which consist of narrow outs.

Narrow outs have a tendency to tip over during the discharge cycle of the stacker’s lift rollers.  Due to the poor aspect ratio of stack height to stack width, the narrow stacks will tip over during acceleration of the stacker’s lift rollers.

This upgrade places a small flat belt with associated mounting hardware on the upstream end of the lift rollers to prevent the narrow sheet stacks from tipping over.  The added belt better supports the stack’s width, which enables a smooth acceleration transfer of the narrow stack to downstream conveyors.
