Description of Improvement

This upgrade is part of the Technical Improvement Program (TIP) and it will replace the existing 30 in (762 mm) roll stand with a 50 in (1270 mm) roll stand in order to allow the machine to run 50 in diameter rolls.

During this upgrade, a complete 30 in roll stand will be removed from the machine and a complete 50 in roll stand will be installed. The 50 in roll stand will feature side-to-side adjustments along with electrical up and down movements in order to move the roll in a desired direction.

This upgrade also includes two (2) air shafts for 3 in (76,2 mm) ID core. If different sizes of air shafts are required, please let us know prior to ordering this TIP.
