This upgrade is part of the Technical Improvement Program (TIP); it updates the existing dual vacuum cup arrangement with a 4-cup arrangement for both carton and lid hoppers.
More contact points and more vacuums result in better handling of difficult materials. This upgrade consists of hopper arm pivot cams, vacuum cup stroke cams, and new vacuum generators, one per hopper.
Also included are all new Tol-O-Matic shafts, a compression adjustment shaft, vacuum cup drive shaft, pivot arm drive shaft and bearings. These new shafts and bearings will allow for quicker installation.
