Upgrade Description

The dual feed upgrade enables the feed of two sheets per machine revolution.

How it works

Dual feed treats the repeat as two separate segments. The first segment (fed) uses the normal “Zero” reference; the second segment (feed) uses 180” from “Zero” for reference

Upgrade Benefits

  • Potentially doubles production
  • Allows flexibility in corrugator scheduling
  • Eliminates dimensional accuracy inconsistences typically associate with two-up rotary die cuts
