The Heavy Duty Center Box is the heart of the feeder. The center box has been strengthened and beefy 6 pitch gears are used in the internal gear train. The Heavy Duty Center Box upgrade is assembled at the BW Papersystems factory prior to shipment and is a direct replacement.Upgrade Benefits
- Stronger internal gears and cam
- Roller bearing used for input and cam shaft eliminating flange bearing
- Provide new connecting shafts between center and index box using locking elements instead of keys
- Redesigned idler gear and mounting assembly for more robust performance
