Description of Improvement

This upgrade is part of the Technical Improvement Program (TIP); it replaces the obsolete motor and drive with a new Siemens servo gear motor and servo/vector drive. The drive will be controlled using a servo controller. 

Servo motors, drives, and controllers are manufactured by Siemens.

It is highly recommended to perform this upgrade together with TIP W 2360 (Independent Motorization Upgrade Package for Side Infeed Folio Wrappers).
