TIP CUT-0417 MMC, Indramat Drives to Rockwell Controls Platform Upgrade

This improvement replaces DKC drives and existing servo motors with new Rockwell Components. The replacement includes the drives, motors, relays, contactors, circuit breakers and other required electrical components. All the cables for the motor power and feedback are included in the upgrade package. Existing electrical cabinet will remain on the machine. Components not needed as a result of this upgrade will be removed from the existing cabinet.

It also replaces current MMC with Allen-Bradley (AB) PLC. All existing I/O and processor will be replaced with currently available AB products. The software package used will be a standard solution that matches the global fleet of sheeters. Upgrade includes all necessary components, hardware, software and necessary engineering.
