Description of Improvement

This upgrade is part of the Technical Improvement Program (TIP); it replaces the existing Digital Tension Control (DTC) system with a CompactLogix system. Benefits include replacement of the obsolete touchscreen and addition of Ethernet connectivity. Includes PLC, I/O, and all necessary print and manual updates. For Model I, IM, H3 and H4 DTC Splicers.
