Allows cuts to be made at higher speeds on certain sheet lengths as a result of the installation of an additional cylinder motor, drive, and miscellaneous hardware and wiring.
It includes all necessary engineering, hardware, installation instructions, print updates and manual updates.
Benefits
- Increases the ratio of sheet cut length to line speed by installing an additional cylinder motor and drive for superior speed curve
- In case of motor or drive failure in a 100L machine, speed to the 50L curve is limited and keeps running, until maintenance is able to replace the failed part. Lost time is minimized, allowing maintenance to reschedule.
