The SheetWizard dual rotary sheeter is a 1650 mm (65 in) or 1850 mm (73 in) wide sheeting machine, with sheet lengths ranging from minimum 400 mm (15.75 in) to a maximum of 1650 mm (65 in). To achieve its superior knife performance, the SheetWizard sheeter’s dual-rotary knife uses tangentially mounted blades to reduce the unsupported blade length. The machine also sharpens blades while in use. The result: longer blade life. The use of liquid-cooled motors and drives reduces the power need and noise level.

Knife cylinders are designed for higher speeds on short sheets. For sensitive material, the sheeter offers delivery options to avoid surface marking at higher speeds. Delivery options include vacuum sheet tail arrest, driven soft nip snubber tapes, and more.Standard Features
