ProLoop Forming Machine

Product Description

The ProLoop is a high-performance Double Wire Former with state-of-the-art control and drive technology and a sophisticated double wire forming system. This technology ensures easy size change, precision adjustment and enhanced quality of the double wire. As a stand-alone unit, the ProLoop produces double wire directly onto spools. An inline connection with a binding machine sets up an integrated production line for double-wire-bound products.

In state of the art design the wire forming machine constitutes of a self-sufficient unit, either tied in with a binding line as finishing unit, or as an independent unit for double wire production on spools.
